Why We Charge One Rate
Many home care companies charge different rates based on what's needed on any given day. We think that's confusing and unfair. Here's our thinking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes. Our minimum is 4 hours per visit. This ensures continuity of care and allows caregivers to complete their work thoroughly.
Are there any additional fees?
No hidden fees. Your $39/hr covers the caregiver's time for any non-medical home care task. We'll be upfront about anything that falls outside that scope before we start.
Does insurance cover home care?
Long-term care insurance often covers non-medical home care. We're also a CalAIM provider, so if you're on Medi-Cal in San Diego County, your care may be fully covered.
Can I adjust hours as needs change?
Absolutely. Care needs evolve. We'll work with you to adjust the schedule, add hours, or change the care plan as your situation changes.
What if my caregiver is sick or unavailable?
We have a full team of trained caregivers on standby. You'll always have coverage. We answer 24/7 and handle staffing issues so you don't have to.
